Yesterday I got the February big update, but I didn't get Amazon App Store despite changing region to US, plus one thing worries me is that I saw some posts on Twitter stating Amazon App Store can only work on fully-supported PCs, I hope this is incorrect.

My Computer

Mine didn't take last night when I tried but I tried again this morning - I changed region, updated the store, rebooted then VPN'd to the US and The Amazon app store showed in the Microsoft Store.

Lots of places that are more authoritative than Twitter also state that Amazon app only works with fully compliant hardware
