Solved Annoying startup

I recently upgraded to Windows 11. Now, every time it starts, it produces a Ba-doink-BING sound that is very loud.
I have not been able to find any way to either turn this off or control the volume of it.
Can anyone help me?

Go to Control Panel -> Sound. Select the sounds tab, and turn off "play windows start-up sound".

Is there a USB drive plugged in? Could be Windows enumerating drives/devices it has to work with.

II just went to the Control Panel -> Sound and selected the Sound tab. After scrolling through the list multiple times, I cannot find either "play windows start-up sound", or anything marked "start" or "start-up".

I do have a Logitech mouse receiver plugged into a USB port.

There is a check box under the scrolling list (not in the list), Play Windows Startup Sound.
