Any way to copy and move files from another computer?

All my PCs are networked so I can shift files around among them, but I can't find a way to move a file to my 11 machine. "Copy to" and "Move to" functions are either missing or well hidden. I can use copy & paste to get a copy of a file, but it's clumsy having to physically navigate to a destination instead of just indicating it.

You may have to "borrow" a VBS or BAT or CMD from Windows 7 or Windows 10 that adds into the context menu the Copy To/Move To ability. I cannot remember where or by who those utilities exist over in 7 or 10.

Thanks, but too many hoops. I can do it with no problem in Windows 10. Those functions need to be added to 11.

Thanks, it works. But it shouldn't be necessary to do that. Those functions should be available in File Explorer for 11 networking as they are for 10. I've passed that suggestion on to MS for whatever good it may do.

I also had to add those two reg files to my Windows Ten ....long time ago, because they were never listed.

at present like you I have a network where I backup to, If i update to win 11( new motherboard ect) will i be able to transfer all my save photos about 4/5 TB over 5 hard disc, will these be formatted on the instalation of win 11
