Any way to remove this from the right click menu in OneNote 2024

Started seeing this creeping into my notebooks recently:

It appears if I right click on any free standing page that is part of a standard notebook.

I am running Office 2024 Home and Business - so no true "MS365" connection here and no Copilot installed on the machine whatsoever.

Really curious as to where this comes from and if possible - how to kill it off.

It appears Copilot has incorporated itself into Office as well through one of the updates.

What happens if you go to the settings and un-check both boxes, one to de-avtivate Copilot and the second to not show Copilot Notebooks?

I always un-check both and don´t see what you see in OneNote. :)
