I have two SSD in RAID 0 with Intel RST.

New in device manager these two SSD show up as ISWD devices under device manager -> software devices

Any clue?

No idea. I haven't messed with software RAID (I did RAID 10) for many years.

Just out of curiosity, are those SATA drives?

All I could find was a reference in a HP system iSCSI Software Interface Driver Daemon (iswd)

iSCSI Software Interface Driver Daemon (iswd) . ... SAM will recognize the iSCSI virtual bus and display it under Peripheral Devices -> Device List.

I think ISWD must just mean Intel SoftWare Device.

Wonder why the RAW drives are showing up there. Curious.
