Any idea what's going on?

This got resolved recently with an app update.
The other day the Samsung Account app got updated (it's need to login to other Samsung apps)
After the update I got the same problem as the Clock app, same error and launch failure after.
I uninstalled and re-installed (using Winget) but out of curiosity I moved the app to a different drive (not C:)
The app worked! Opens fine so now the other Samsung apps will work again
If I move it back to C: the app fails again.
Definitely a weird one. No other apps are causing problems.
Possibly a permissions issue? Not sure why as I've never changed anything for the WindowsApps folder

I rarely use the Clock app, opened it for the first time in a while and it just crashed to desktop Next time I tried I got an error 'this app can't open' Reset, re-installed, same problem. Last used it a while ago and it was fine.
