Arrange Bookmarks is the order i want

How do i arrange my bookmarks in the order i want. Windows 10 simple, just drag and move, not windows 11.
also how do i get a new bookmark to appear at the bottom of all my current bookmarks not the top like it does now.

In edge address bar type edge://favorites/

In the Favorites Manager, it is fully drag and drop compliant, you can drag Favorites from one folder into another, or drag folders around to what order you want and create new folders as well as dragging individual favorites into what order you want

i looked at edge, could not make heads or tails out of it. please bear with me i am 78, that should explain it. i failed to mention i use firefox. have new computer coming from windows 10 and am figuring 11 out except for what i posted.

Welcome then.
You are correct to call them bookmarks then as favo(u)rites is more Chromium Edge/Google.
Since you are using Firefox, there should not be much of a difference between W10 & Win11 on how you organize your bookmarks.
If you right-click on the top menu bar in Firefox, you will have the option to add a menu bar.
After that select and organize your bookmarks as you always have.
