I want to create my own Windows key shortcut to run a program. Any ideas? TIA

I'd caution to learn what shortcut keys already exist so things don't get broken. And know the location of, path to, the desired program's executable, .exe, file is located.

autohotkey. script it to press Ctrl+Esc and it will launch start menu. if you need to make it Win+something else, it is "#e" (replace e with whatever other key in combo)
