Thanks for the help again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this.

I hope that worked. I guess I'll just wait to see how long I can go without another BSOD.

Fingers crossed I'm not back here in a day or two 🥲

If you want to stress the drivers with WDV to see if the new installation is ok then that is an option.
Otherwise the typical method is to respond to BSOD if they occur.

a) test all non-Microsoft drivers
b) test no Microsoft drivers
c) start testing with the three customized tests in the TF link

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

Plan to run WDV testing for 48 hours and for 24 hours after the last BSOD.

Usually WDV runs of 48 hours or longer rule out misbehaving drivers.
Make sure that all drivers are tested.
If there are recurrent BSOD after the above then it may be attributed to hardware.

I managed to continue today's WDV for 23 hours and then stopped, with no BSOD.

But shortly after restarting and running the PC in normal settings (no WDV), I got another BSOD: WARFORGED-(2023-01-17_23-47-30).zip

Going to start running [ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation now and will report back tomorrow.

Hello friend, I am 100% convinced that it is the fault of one of the steelseries drivers!!!!! I did a little research and noticed you have an "apex 7 tkl" keyboard, I have an "Apex pro tkl" and identical headphones to my SS Nova pro wireless. I also bought such a set and since then I have occasional BSOD even reinstalling windows did not help. I have a question, did you connect the keyboard with two usb plugs ?? I initially connected to the PC 2usb. for 4 days the keyboard has been working on 1 usb plug (no problems) and so far zero bsod

evo9pl,

The computer has a recent windows installation and the BSOD were with different bugchecks.

Often WHEA 124 bugchecks are caused by malfunctioning hardware.

P.S. This was done while still running the Randomized low resources simulation. Hopefully that's fine.

This feels very possible. I've been using both USB plugs... I'll try just one and see what happens. Thank you for the idea.

The memory dump debugging indicated something related to an interactive device.
sshid.sys was blamed again.
(it was spontaneous....WDV was not seen in the BSOD)

If there are more BSOD then post more compressed memory dumps.

Are you able to remove all interactive devices with their drivers and use only mouse, keyboard, and monitor for a long period of time to monitor computer stability / instability?

Another crash just now, sadly.

Prior to this, I was testing the Apex TKL keyboard with 1 usb plug instead of 2. No luck :(

Now, I've decided to swap out to a completely different keyboard (a Razer), uninstalled Steelseries drivers and deleted sshid.sys entirely. I'll see how this goes.

Sshid.sys was misbehaving in the latest mini and memory dumps.

Monitor the computer for stability / instability without the hardware / driver.
