Audio Control App

I am looking for an Audio Control App, where it is possible to set priorities on Audio output from applications.

For example;
Set priority to Browsers on 1.
Set priority to Music apps on 10

Then play music in your music apps like musicbee or winamp.
Then when browsing, you come by a video, and you hit play.
Because of priority 1, audio gets muted in Music apps.
Then when audio stops in the browser, the music should be unmuted.

Any idea's of programs or scripts that can do something like this?

So you would want all Music to play in an Application?

Goal is, that i don't have to mute or pause music manaully. Then later manual start it again.
So if audio is playing in a browser, pause or mute music application until audio stops in browser, then continue playing music from music app.

There are only so many things that can be done automatically , but sometimes it takes Human intervention. I manually mute any music when I get a phone call. This Goal you have could be possible. Technology has come along way.I grew up using a rotary telephone and TV was only on for 4 hours a day with 2 channels. Good luck with this, I hope you find a way.
