BCD Error code 0xc0000098

Hello
I tried to create a clone of my system disk (with EASUS Partition Mater) - This normally works fine
But last night, the cloning failed and I have no backup ...
.. but worse, the "source" system disk does not boot any more and I have a 0xc0000098 error code at boot time
that ssesms to be some problem withthe BCD file

1) How could I fix this problem and recover my system disk
2) If I have to "reinstall" my Windows 11, how could I do so WITHOUT LOOSING all applications and parameters installed ?

I've also seen that it could be possible to boot in "recovery" mode (by keeping power button pressed 3 or 4 times) but I cannot get that workking !

If rebuilding the BCD store doesn't resolve the startup issue, you can export and delete the BCD store using this guide.

The Boot Configuration Data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system.
File: \BCD
Error code: 0xc0000098

- Boot from a Windows 11 installation USB flash drive.
- When you reach the "Select setup option" screen, press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt. On some laptops, you may need to press Shift + Fn + F10.
- Alternatively, click "Repair my PC" > "Next" > "Troubleshoot" > "Command Prompt".
- Run the following commands:

diskpart
list volume (find the EFI partition number)
select volume # (use the EFI partition number)
assign letter=z
list volume (find the Windows partition letter)
exit

bcdboot x:\windows /s z: /f uefi

- replace "x" with the Windows partition letter

The bcdboot command copies the required UEFI boot files from the Windows partition to the specified EFI partition and creates a new Boot Configuration Data (BCD) store on it.
