I'm getting my first 144Hz monitor next week, after many years of using a 60Hz screen.
What are the best driver settings to use? Should I enable G-Sync (monitor is validated compatible) and V-Sync?
I read that doing that at driver level and setting the max frame rate slightly below 144 then disabling V-sync in games is the best option.
Does this sound right?
