Change the cmos battery again with another new battery CR2032.
Remove power cable. With battery removed follow the instructions in the attached screenshot of the Asus manual to reset RTC.
Insert new battery

While the case is open check that all your cables are tied up away from mobo and blow any debris out of the case.

From your post I assume you used a brand-new Energizer CR2032 battery. if the battery is new try resetting the RTC as suggested by @glasskuter. If the computer is dusty use a can of dust cleaner to blow out the dust. I don't recommend using a vacuum cleaner or air compressor. You can also try reseating the memory, add-in cards and all the connections.

Yes when I changed the battery I used blower. What worked with me is that:

- I kept pressing the power button , the pc power up couple of times and then power off . Someone told me this will free any charged parts.
- I loaded optimiezed settings and logged into windows then restarted couple of times , no Bios resetting.
- I changed only the settings of the fan and enabled only docp then left everything else to auto.

I tried few times and now no more resetting

I second the avoidance of a vacuum cleaner. They are a great way to blow chips with static electricity (and yes, vacuums generate a lot of ESD, unless you get a special vacuum cleaner specifically made for electronics.) I've seen people blow components off a board with an air compressor. All in all, a can of compressed air is your best computer maintenance friend. :)
