Blank emoji panel

Has any else encountered the popup emoji panel being blank ?
Works perfectly for me in Windows 10 but Windows 11 just gives me a blank panel.

No, i don't have problem like that, you should execute Sfc /scannow command to repair any corrupted system files.

Ran the 'command as you suggested, it did find an issue but the emoji panel is still blank after reboot
but I thank you sir for your swift reply.
I do have a couple of earlier builds I backed up using 'Macrium', I will test them to see when it stopped working.
