I got a forum called cumminsforum.com that I want to block.
How to do that?

Found some extensions that block a site, but not yet that allow an override password to gain access.

I would add the following line to your hosts file:

0.0.0.0 www.cummingsforum.com

Your hosts file is located here: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

127.0.0.1 should also work, another option is to use parental controls to restrict access to certain websites on a limited user account.
