At some point in the last 2-3 months, I think I did something while tweaking my Bluetooth Headphones' settings that made the battery remaining percentage disappear. To be clear, it used to show up but now it doesn't. See the Treblab Z2 square in the below screenshot.

I don't know what I did that caused this, maybe something in regedit or msconfig or device manager? All I know is that I've tried uninstalling the device, restarting the pc, reinstalling the device, etc., i.e. what everyone suggests to do to fix this, but nothing has worked.

If anyone could help me figure out how to undo or fix this issue, I would really appreciate it!!!!

For better or worse, I asked Copilot about this. Here is what it has to say (I can't vouch for accuracy):

Thanks for the response. I tried all the different solutions, with no luck, but some things of note:

Solution 1: There were no hidden devices under Bluetooth, nor was there a separate Bluetooth LE Devices expandable item.
Solution 2: There was no Bluetooth folder in the specified location, and hence no GattCache folder either. I created them, but not sure if that did anything.
Solution 3: Tried multiple Bluetooth GATT viewers from the Microsoft store, and while my bluetooth mouse showed up and had everything it's supposed to have (it shows it's battery life remaining just fine), I either couldn't find or connect to my headphones. Perhaps something mesed up the LE connection on my headphones, though I don't know how to fix that.
Solution 4: I enabled Selective suspend, and I disabled fast startup. But again, doesn't look like it did anything.
Solution 5: There is no OEM driver for my headphones that I can find. (They are Treblab Z2s in case that helps.)

UPDATE: Well after several hours interacting with the copilot prompt and trying a crap ton of different things, eventually it determined that I had to do a OS repair with an IOS from Windows Insider Program (technically it was uupdump.net cause I kept getting denied access to the Insider program IOS's and couldn't figure out why) as the bluetooth subsystem was somehow completely missing. Did that and sure enough it started showing the percentage again. Only issue now is that I have to disable the Hands Free Telephony setting for the headphones because otherwise the headphones cut out during gaming, and that removes the battery meter, but re-enabling it brings it back.
