It looks like that crash was another Stop 0xD1 (not caused by Driver Verifier) for HKMouFltr.sys which is the filter driver for your mouse, the service description would be HotKey Mouse Filter driver so its part of the same driver package as the keyboard filter driver mentioned earlier. There's a bug with their drivers which only they can fix; you can try booting into Safe Mode and then checking if your mouse and keyboard work there, however, if you remove those drivers then you may not have their full functionality.

Before you boot into Safe Mode, it might be worthwhile just double checking that they won't be loaded in Safe Mode, otherwise it's a pointless exercise.
