please check the reliability monitor
control panel > security and maintenance > maintenance > reliability monitor

also check
windows tools > system information > components > problem devices

see if any errors or faults show up there.
best of luck, Steve ..

Most of the crashes were caused by misbehaving Norton drivers.

This includes the crashes with and without Windows Driver Verifier (WDV).

a) What had happened that a clean install was performed

b) Why not comment on the use of the WDV tool to create crashes?

If you had clean installed for BSOD troubleshooting then please clean install Windows 10 (make sure that third party antivirus and firewall software are not used) > monitor one week for BSOD > for BSOD workup for malfunctioning hardware > if there are no BSOD then upgrade to Windows 11 > monitor one week for BSOD

After any clean install run Tuneup plus (this will have optimal settings so that BSOD can be more likely identified and troubleshooted)

For Windows 11 open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:WMIC~~~~
