BSODs after CPU upgrade

Hello! Ever since upgrading to a brand new CPU (from Ryzen 5 3600 to Ryzen 7 5700x), I have been experiencing BSODs without a specific pattern. Sometimes it happens during heavy load and sometimes when I'm playing casual games. I don't know if it's a memory problem or a defective CPU. My temps don't go above 70C and I dust off my PC from time to time. No overclocks and I disabled PBO. RAM has no XMP feature.

Before installing the new CPU, I made sure to update the BIOS and GPU drivers.
It used to happen everyday but after updating drivers and the chipset through Gigabyte Control Center, it stopped for a while but then had a BSOD once again earlier. Let me know what you need and thank you so much for the help!

Before changing the cpu, but after bios and gpu drivers, did you run windows without issue.? Or did you do all 3 things at once? Put the old cpu back in to see if the issue is resolved.

Are you using an AMD GPU? Driver 25.4.1 had Timeout Detection and Recovery (TDR) error causing BSOD. If so update AMD driver 25.6.1.
I also have a5700 X CPU. Good luck.

You shouldn't be getting BSODs. It could be caused by software or hardware.

I have the following:
MBD: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
GPU: ROG-STRIX-RTX3060TI-08G-V2-GAMING
RAM: G.SKILL Flare X Series 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200

I use the following to test my computer
Prime95 - stress tests CPU
Furmark 2 - stress tests GPU
HWMonitor - to monitor temperatures

I first ran Prime 95 to test the CPU temps
CPU Min/Max: 42.6C/74.5C

I then ran Furmark 2 to test the GPU temps
GPU Min/Max: 42.0C/66.0C

To demonstrate that games aren't causing problems I suggest you stress test the CPU and GPU separately using the same programs I used,

Thank you :> I built this PC last year and I'm slowly upgrading it, and now it's having this issue I struggle to fix. So I was wondering if it's any incompatibility with the parts or a defective CPU / RAM.

Yeah it's worrisome because it's a brand new CPU. I'll come back and attach the results once I have done these tests, thank you!

Are you using an AMD GPU? Driver 25.4.1 had Timeout Detection and Recovery (TDR) error causing BSOD. If so update AMD driver 25.6.1.
I also have a5700 X CPU. Good luck.
Oh I am using a NVIDIA GPU, the drivers are updated to the latest.

Attached below are the logs and 3 recent critical events from reliability history. I built the PC less than a year ago, then installed a new CPU and AIO quite recently.

You shouldn't be getting BSODs. It could be caused by software or hardware.

I have the following:
MBD: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
GPU: ROG-STRIX-RTX3060TI-08G-V2-GAMING
RAM: G.SKILL Flare X Series 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200

I use the following to test my computer
Prime95 - stress tests CPU
Furmark 2 - stress tests GPU
HWMonitor - to monitor temperatures

I first ran Prime 95 to test the CPU temps
CPU Min/Max: 42.6C/74.5C

I then ran Furmark 2 to test the GPU temps
GPU Min/Max: 42.0C/66.0C

To demonstrate that games aren't causing problems I suggest you stress test the CPU and GPU separately using the same programs I used,

I'm back with the results, these ran for an hour each. Unfortunately I can't test it for longer hours because of needing it for work usage and other reasons. No crashes happened or artifacts on the screen. Thank you for the recommendations!

Some of your dump files are pointing at vgk.sys as the reason for the crash.
vgk.sys is a driver in Riot Vanguard anticheat so try uninstalling then reinstalling Riot Vanguard.
Or reinstall the games that install Riot Vanguard.

That's also one of my suspects! I'll do a clean reinstall of any Riot-related programs.

Please perform the following steps:

1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

2) Turn off Windows fast startup

3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

sc delete vgc

sc delete vgk

Post a share link.

4) Reboot

5) Open C:\program files > scroll to Riot Vanguard > delete

6) Uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver nvlddmkm.sys using DDU > reinstall from the Nvidia website

(make sure that the driver is different from 32.0.15.7652)

7) Play non-Vanguard for the next week and monitor computer stability / instability using:
