Can no longer export Bookmarks from Google

Since the latest Windows update to version "Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1848)" I cannot export bookmarks from Google as I used to do,

Chrome, correct ? Export to HTML files, another browser, or... ?

Insure Chrome has all updates and consider a Reset of Chrome.
