Hi. I am curious as I am not a paint user, is there a way to select a previously drawn element?
In this image, once the (red) rectangle has been created (separate layer) and it is no longer selected for edit, after continuing to edit the image without closing, is there a way I can go back and select the red rectangle to move it?
There doesn't appear (to me) to be a hand tool or the likes to select and move something around.
