Cannot find where to change passwords in Settings

I have had a pop-up that lets me know of leaked passwords for sites I go on and did some then shut it down again. On second thought I wanted to change some more but cannot find the Settings area. A search told me to go to Settings > profiles > passwords but I just cannot find Profiles within the Settings.
Any ideas please?

I'm unaware of that being a Windows function.
Which Web browser are you using? In Edge, the passwords are saved in settings, passwords (under my profile).
There's a similar function in Chrome. You must be logged in to access your profile.

I assume you are talking about a web browser - would help to know which one?
Just open Settings and use the Settings search for "passwords"
EDIT
I'm guessing this is Edge ... Edge Settings > Profiles > Passwords > Saved passwords.
However, I find Edge extremely erratic in how it handles passwords
- some are saved without asking (despite the option to offer is on)
- some are saved (asked or not) and never listed (so can't be identified, yet auto sign-in occurs)
- some are saved and listed (what you're looking for)

If I go into Setting, my profile appears. (I'm in Windows with an MS account.) Under Profile, there is an entry for Passwords.
This is under Edge 98.0.1108.43, incidentally.
