Solved Cannot install Windows 11 Insider Preview Quality Update (26220.7262)

I run Windows 11 Insider Review Beta.
Insider Preview Quality Update (26220.7262) does not install. Installation error 0x800f0991
I have already cleared the cache but this doe snot help
Anybody any advice?

I did the inplace upgrade. it took longer than normal. The upgrade to the quality update also took extremely long but succeeded. Immedieatly, a subsequenr Preview Quality Update was offered (26220.7271) and installed successfully but again very very slow.
In short, my problem has been solved. Thank you.
