I keep getting redirects to visit another link - which says Error 400 .... Changed all the passwords, reset modem, restarted router. I've been logging in outlook since 2022. cheers

If both your phone (when connected to home WiFi) and PC are unable to reach the login page, I can't help but think that it's something in your Modem/Router. A hard factory reset may help.
OR your ISP screwed up. My ISP blocked me from Cloudflare once and I couldn't access any website that used Cloudflare. They had no answers as to why or if it was just me or all their clients.

Also checked all my add blockers - nothing there? Smartphone can do both - I can shut off the wifi & go to a cell tower....... will post back if it comes back. Or maybe download Firefox? thx. cheers

I expected as much. Sometimes checking the obvious eludes us when trying to diagnose issues. But if you were affected by an outage, you wouldn’t be able to use the internet at all.
