I like the Claude AI tool enough that I wanted to sign up for the Pro plan, but the payment page keeps declining my payment method. I have unsuccessfully entered two different credit cards, did the usual double-checking all entries, etc. On the anthropic website I tried to sign up to communicate with Sales, but there was no response to that menu selection.
