Cant get an updates for w11 v22h2

Hello guys,
Is there a way to fix this problem? I cant get an update for the latest build of w11 because of this. It says "some settings are manage by your organizations".
I hope someone can help me here, im not a techy guy.

I suggest that you run this tutorial, re-boot & re-run Windows Update.

I have a batch script you can use on Windows 10 to fix this problem you can also try it on Windows 11.
