Solved Can't Remove File in Intel Folder - in Use by Another Program

There is a folder, Intel, with a file in it. The folder: Intel, shader cache. When I tried to delete it, it will not let me, because it is in use by another program. It is open in dwm.exe. What can I do? The folder is in the Temp folder. I can delete it in safe mode but when I go back to normal mode, the folder with the file is back again. File name: 30786de4fa87fd17b8e66b75315968727820fc155cb19b90d879ef9133c1ba87

Perhaps one of the several Intel services you have running creates the file.

Should I end task for all the Intel services in the task manager or what else can I do? Some third party software does not fix the issue.

Why do you think you need to do anything at all?
Why don't you just leave the file alone?

Then buy Intel Corp and order its developers to remove the need for the file.

If it were not so hilarious, I'd probably think "why are you messing with things you can't do anything about, or should you?"
Just run your programs, play a game or two, and leave the inner working of Windows alone.

As a working PC tech, there were several customers that I had to put on the "Never More" list, because they would screw up their OS and then call me to fix it. That got real old, real quick! It's now such a relief to be Retired, and I don't have to deal with those people any more.

hi,
I got it removed without harming my device. I revert the graphic driver to an older version from the device manager and attempted to download and install the latest version via a third party driver software.
