For system cleaning I use DiskMax from Koshy John. It cleans user files, browser files, and system files and can do a Deep Clean if you add a special text file to the install directory.

I've used it for a long time and have had zero issues where my system was in either a non-bootable state or was riddled with errors.

I tried downloading this from Github and my antivirus went crazy. Not only Eset but Windows Defender when I paused Eset. In the end I decided not to download it.
