Today i started pc, some issue started occurring. It is not with one program! It seems that some windows are always on top! I can't view control panel, even on task bar it is selected as active window, but browser stays on top. Same with other program, if 2 programs are minimized even if i alt tab to 1, 2nd stays always on top! I didn't upgrade windows, it started happening all of the sudden!
Any idea what this could be caused by?
EDIT: can't even alt+tab always previous window stays on top, it is not even after booting computer. It wasn't happening today, it started all of the sudden!
