CFG Lock MSR 0xE2

So I have this setting in my Bios CFG lock, That locks the memory range MSR 0xE2. Now from what I've read it's used for hackintosh, but also that windows 11 can use this feature.
So question is should I keep it at it's default CFG lock enable, or disable it, so if windows what to it can use?
P.s I think it comes under security.

I know on hackintosh it controls power and c states.
On Windows I have read many things saying it is and then it is not used. Also that windows 11 it can be used to lock some of the admins controls and not enabled by default.
So if I let windows have access to that area is there any security concerns or anything in doing so?
