Set the time zone settings for Outlook.
Here's How:
1 Open the Outlook for Windows app.
2 Click/tap on the Settings (gear) icon on the toolbar. (see screenshot below)
3 In Settings, click/tap on General in the left pane, and click/tap on Language and time in the middle pane. (see screenshot below step 6)
4 Select a language you want in the Language drop menu. (see screenshot below step 6)
5 Check (default) or uncheck Rename default folders so their names match the specified language for what you want.
6 Click/tap on Save to apply. (see screenshot below)
7 If checked, You must refresh the page for the folder names to be updated to your selected language. (see screenshot below)
8 You can now close the Settings window if you like.
