Solved Changing desktop wallpaper by specifying a particular picture (jpeg)

Apologies if someone has already asked this, but I couldn't find a solution. I would like to change my desktop wallpaper. When I go into Personalize, I get the Settings/Personalization pop-up, and under Personalize your background, the drop-down menu shows Picture, but I don't see any way to select the jpeg that I want.

Thank you both. The problem (which was me all along) is solved. The browse pictures button had been cut off the right side of my screen.
