Changing my user name after installing/updating O/S

When I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 ( a LONG time ago!) I noticed that my directory was set to this:
1782689421968.webp
Notice that my name has been truncated to "murra", it appears to be a 5 character limitation??
Is it possible to change to the full spelling of my name, eg: "murray"?
