Solved Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use.

This happens when you want to run chkdsk on the Windows drive. It's normal.
Windows is "using" the disk at the moment. That's why that message pops up.
Answer "Y" and reboot the computer, so it can run chkdsk.
