When I open Chrome from the Start menu (i.e., Ctrl+Esc=>typing "Chrome"), it lists recent files I've downloaded. Even from "Incognito" mode.
I can't seem to replicate this behavior with Office programs (e.g., recently used files) or even Firefox.
I've gone into Personalization=>Start and turned off "Show recommended files in Start..." and "Show recommendations..." but they're still there. I've also gone into Windows Explorer Options and hit "Clear History" even though "Show recently used files" is turned OFF.
What am I missing?
