Hi folks
I've just got a Free update to something called "Web Accelerator" which is essentially some type of cloudflare for security -- anybody running their own domains / have domains hosted by a hosting service got any ideas on how this should be used --in particular how the site can only be accessed via https and not http. There's not a huge amount of traffic currently but I'm going to do a bit more with e-commerce and messing up people's payments isn't IMO a good idea !!!!!.

Or is the cloudflare thing transparent so I don't need to do anything. I don't want so much security that everybody including me gets locked out !!!!.

I'm fairly new to this sort of thing-- especially when taking payments from 3rd parties.

Cheers
jimbo

For https only you would want to force redirect http to https as well implement the HSTS header. Can't really speak to cloudflare accelerator. Could just be a geo caching CDN with some security features baked in
