Collections in Edge are blocked

My collections have been blocked and I dont know how to get then back. I have disabled my anti virus, it initially worked, but then as soon as I closed the tab, it blocked again.

I do have. Collections was working perfectly up until a couple of weeks ago. I haven't changed any ad blocker, the only difference is that I have renewed my Kaspersky. I've tried to disable that but it is still blocked.

Kapersky is known to have issues with edge. I’m not sure what else to recommend really - is it COMPLETELY disabled?

Ah okay. I wonder what has changed since I had Kaspersky last year? I'm not sure if it is completely disabled. My technical knowledge isn't too great I'm afraid, but I can certainly look. Thank you!
