Command Prompt Flashing Up Every 10 Minutes

Hi everyone,

I am having issues with my install on my laptop.

Every 10 minutes or so I get a command prompt that flashes up. It's only there for a second.

I have scanned with Bitdefender Internet Security & Emsisoft emergency kit. They found nothing.

Can anyone help me rectify this?

In addition to above...

Please complete your computer specs under My Computer. And would help to have a screenshot of the Cmd Prompt when it appears. Assume it is the normal Cmd Prompt App ?

Also run sfc/scannow and check your Event Viewer and Windows Reliability Monitor.
