Good day, I want to get rid of annoying feature located at
Start » Settings » Accessibility » Magnifier » Reading » Keyboard shortcut for reading
The option offer 4 choices: Ctrl+Alt / CAPSLOCK / Insert / CAPSLOCK or Insert. Any of them is too intrusive by writing, I'm crucially missing a choice "None" there.
Please advice if there's a registry hack or gpedit hack or something that way, Windows on highest level does not seem to allow turn it off.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry, but I can not understand exactly why the keyboard shortcuts are intrusive. You do not have to use them. I'm not exactly sure what you want to disable but if it is the narrator see this tutorial. To turn off keyboard shortcut for narrator, toggle it off on the same screen where you turn narrator off.

I am not advising you to do so but if you want no keyboard shortcuts at all system wide you can disable all keyboard shortcuts in registry.
