Good morning, everyone.

I just converted to Windows 11 recently. It was a huge struggle to get my Windows 10 computer converted, but the community helped me out big time :)

Everything has been running fine, but the last few days, something strange has been happening.

I logged into my Health Savings account this morning and it asked me to verify with a code, not the strange part, it happens from time to time, but I got an email saying that I logged in from an unrecognized computer. The first time it happened (a couple of days ago), it said it was from a town close to mine, so I let it go. Today when I got the email, it didn't say what town it was coming from, but it said that the computer that logged in was Mountain Time (I'm on the east coast)

I did run a Windows update recently, and I have run virus scans and come up with nothing.

This may be nothing, but has this happened to any of you?

Thanks!

Very good morning to you.
A new Operating System would be recognized as an unknown computer by the server.
Even another browser for that matter.
Just to be on the safe side, change your password for the site where you log onto your Health Savings account.
It is advisable to do so once every three to six months anyway.

Sounds good. I thought I was past that part, and the email saying that my computer was in a different time zone kind of spooked me. Maybe the recent update reset something. Thanks for your help with this, I appreciate it.
