Is there a way to configure Outlook 365 to 'bounce' an unwanted email?

Is this for an outlook.com address or a personal domain?

For an Outlook address, right clicking on an email and setting up a rule which you can do through Microsoft 365 or by logging into webmail at Outlook is as extensive as you can get. I don’t have Microsoft Outlook 365, but I often see settings that I am use to from Outlook 2021 when helping someone with their Outlook 365. You can setup rules in Microsoft Outlook 365, but I am fairly certain “Bounce” isn’t one of them.

Bounce, I would assume, would need to be setup on the exchange server (if a work account), or if it’s a personal domain email account, by logging into webmail at your domain host and looking to see if Roundcube (or whatever webmail interface they use) has a bounce rule that you can apply to an address.
Alternatively, if you are in control of your own email account via your domain hosting account, using cPanel or whatever the host supplies you, you could setup rules on the server to Bounce, or use Spam Assassin.
I use Spam Assassin to stop them from reaching me.

I’m going to double check Outlook when I get to my PC.

In Outlook 2021 (hoping that Outlook 365 is the same) the best I can get is to setup the initial part of the rule e.x “contains in the subject line” or other rule, after clicking next to get to the actions, selecting “Have the server reply with a specific message”
I have actually used this in the past and I believe I simply reply with “No Such User”

But these days, spam mail is different. I don’t believe for a second that a script or originating server removes an email address because of an error received, they just relentlessly rinse and repeat.
And I also don’t believe that technically, having the server reply with message is a proper bounce, to me a bounce is the server responding with the correct failure to send.
