Solved CoPilot Uses

Hi, all.
In CoPilot on the taskbar, when you open it, at the bottom of the window is a number:

. See that 1 of 30? Does that mean I used one of my 30 uses for a time period? Seems like it would. If that's the case, does anyone know when that resets?

I don't know but before Copilot, there was Bonzi Buddy. If you needed a personal assistant! Sadly, it was ahead of its time.

I believe you only get 30 uses of the "good stuff", of AI (to get you hooked), then they tell you how much the "good stuff" will cost if you start "craving more".

No... I'm not joking.

In other words... you get the crappy AI for free, but only get 30 "somethings", of the more powerful AI, before the "whip comes down".

No... I'm not joking.

That's what I figured. I just ran two tasks in CoPilot, and the number incremented from 1 of 30 to 2 of 30, so this must be how many uses I get before they pull the hook. While it's convenient, it's not exactly accurate for the needs I have. I can't justify spending $20 a month on something that might produce the output I'm looking for. I'll play with Claude and see how that does.

I just ran the same prompt through Claude, asking it to create an analytic rubric for an activity I uploaded in a Word file, and it spat out exactly what I was looking for in no time. Basically, it trounced CoPilot. If I'm going to spend money on something each month, it will be something like Claude.

A: You can ask Copilot how to use Claude.

It means you can ask up to 30 sub-questions as refinements of the original question. If you want to start a new topic, click on the "Recents" icon (the clock-like symbol directly under the "x" close icon, in top-right corner), then click on New chat, and all should be reset. All for free.

If you use Copilot in Bing, then you just open a new browser tab and start a new chat there.

Btw... in case you didn't know... there's no limits on how many reaction points a day... you can give.

Yes, I saw that. I think it's for the better since we can get good advice and solutions from more people than we had points when the limitation was on.

BTW, is a plain old "Like" now a zero reaction points? Just being sure that if I want to give a point to someone if Like will do it or do I need to go to the next one up?

I think it's 1, 3, and 5 points respectively from thumbs up, thanking hands, and the dude with the headset.

It is for the blue background Like+. The "yellow fisted" Like+ in the Chillout Room is now zero points.

In the Chillout sub forum, there are no more reaction points of any value.

In the other forums, they've been increased as follows...

You can test this easily... just look at someone's reaction point total, and give them a "Great Support".
You'll see their toal points, go up by ten.
You can then change it to whatever you want.

OK, the last I thought I saw was that if the Like was devalued in the chillout room, it had to be everywhere. Thanks for the info.
