I bought a new Crypto wallet to try the other day. Upon receiving it, the box containing the hardware had no packaging (Plastic wrap) and it had fingerprints all over the screen.
At first I thought that they may have tested it before sending to Australia from the UK but I would like to think that this is done before packaging. It also comes with a Micro memory card, I am not feeling confident.
Due to the nature of the product, I think I should return it? Amazon said it wont charge me if I put the reason for return as pre-used.
Any thoughts?
I maybe should of been concerned when noticing that they can’t spell “Hardware”

Was pretty much an instant result, John. No return needed. I’m guessing there is a record of multiple returns or amazon just doesn’t care.
