Hi,

How do I start to customize Edge browser.

e.g stopping auto start, adblocker.....similar to Chrome or Brave. Like @Fabler2 , showed in one attachment. Looks nice too...

Brave is my default browser.

As for customising Edge there's an awful lot of settings you can change. Just a matter of going through all of the settings and change to your liking. Check this post by @TairikuOkami,
