Care to explain how I could customize it, stepwise and simply...…

e.g. like other browsers

1. On demand vs. auto.
2. Important widget/addons.
3. Can it be synced with G Chrome..... Book marks, passwords?

PS: I got new MS Off 2021 Pro updates and a W11 too with a left corner widgets...….

I feel W11 is the best after 7 (maybe a few customizations would make it the best Windows.)…..I like it along with my Dell laptop 1550.

Edge is chromium based so yes

Also as it's Chromium based you can install extensions from the Chrome Web Store as well as the Edge Web Store

Edge is a disaster in my opinion. I'd like to uninstall it and everything that comes with it. But like in the early days of Windows and Internet Explorer, it and the Widgets are tied into the W11 OS. If enough people complain (or file a class action lawsuit) to Microsoft about Edge (not likely) perhaps Microsoft would reduce Windows' dependency on it
