Daughter wants me to add kid account for 6 to 11 yrs old, but is impossible?

Add account, MS demands an email account.
How can I add little kids to my PC ?
Issue is, their parents do not want them using my account to play games, potentially buy stuff, etc.

I don't think you're asking the right question. Some games will require you to use a MS Account (Minecraft), or provide an e-mail address for registration. Since you're not the one playing the games, ask the kids what their games require. If they don't need a MS Account, you're free to create a local account on your PC.

If they do need a MS Account, it's up to the parents to sign them up and agree to the conditions acknowledging their child is under 13 (kids in the US are governed by the COPPA online protection act).

Looks like it worked. I created an account called Kids Account.

They are old enough they can log in to it themselves.

Mostly they like to play Roblox.
I started Xbox, and it is wanting a sign in.

I was wondering do I have to sign into Xbox, or does the kids account have to sign into Xbox?
To keep it separate. They all have their individual Roblox sign in.

They already have their own Roblox sign in, and it is managed by their parents.
What about the Xbox app? Roblox games are in the Xbox app.
Do they sign in or do I still sign into Xbox

There's two versions of Roblox for Windows. One is a separate app download, one is a Store version. The standalone version only needs their normal Roblox account.

Well, it happened... The 7 yr old must have installed malware. Kids came over today, and the other PC with new kid accounts are working great. But the DELL laptop she uses, cant load the game, when it does load the game after multiple click attempts it runs extremely slow. touchpad not working correct. I noticed there was a strange internet browser installed that every time pc boots, it loaded. I did uninstall it. I downloaded malwarebytes and am doing a scan.

well malware bytes found nothing wrong.

If the child using Standard account with Admin user password, you have will have problem installing application without Admin privileges using the Admin user account password.

Who knows, I physically moved PC and maybe working better?

BUT, the touchpad is still not working correctly in Roblox on kid account. It cannot scroll pages in Roblox. Can scroll web browser.
Scrolling pages with finger works fine in my account on Roblox

I looked at setting for touchpad and they look the same.

Why is this?

Others complaining about touchpad not working. But my situation, for Roblox, touchpad works in my account, does not work in kids account, same PC.
That is super strange to me. All I did was create a local user account.

Ha, was wife that installed the 'Shift Browser' . She downloaded a recipe, and clicked file open. And it installed Shift browser.
She had no clue she was installing anything, but she thought it a little strange. She did not notice it was even another browser.
She graduated university with magna cum laude honors and is a private school teacher. She is a smart person. However, she is not technically minded like I am.

I have deleted kidsaccount2.

I created a new kid account, same scroll issue. Plus touch pad does not work using 2 hands which she can zoom in or something. But all works in my account. I guess can try to reinstall touchpad driver in her account?

Win 11, when you uninstall the touchpad, it quickly reinstalls touchpad on it's own, so can not get rid of it, reboot, and reinstall in that way.

It's just terrible in Roblox, the touchpad with a kidaccount user. Awful touchpad issue.
Did find take one hand, put middle finger on screen, put thumb on screen, pull thumb towards middle finger roblox scrolls.
Select a game. Click X to close game selection, never scrolls again using middle finger and thumb. Close Roblox, reopen, scroll method works.
Very clumsy and poor. On my account works perfect with Roblock.
To scroll, just one finger and swipe up screen, it scrolls.

Now one diff could be on my account it is loaded through Xbox app, not Roblox itself.
