How do I add 'scan with defender' to my context menu?

I have done the tutorial on here but it doesn't work. Smart app is turned off.

If you have a third party AV program installed, it may have disabled Defender. You would have to enable Periodic Scanning to have Defender available with a 3rd party AV installed.

I can only get Defender-updates , when periodic scanning is enabled , if not enabled , I dont get any Defender-updates ..........!!
Is this a normal behaviour , or should I take action.....?? 🛠️

It does make sense not to get any definition updates while Defender is disabled.

Right , though another Win11-PC updates Defender every time when searching for updates , even when Defender not switched on !

The previous update will be replaced with latest , in the installed updates...........

Yes , tried and works indeed ..........only , these updates wont replace previous , so you get 30 updates in a long row at the end of the month........!
( in the installed updates page )
How(?) to fix it ( replace every Defender-update with the previous ) , works on one PC .
