Why now on my DELL desktop big delay when searching for anything Before was so fast respond time i have no third-party stuff or extensions?

is this a browser search on the internet or an explorer search on your computer?

@dacrone As usual you can not read his stuff at face value as we are rarely given a whole lot of information or good explanation of the problem. Reading between the lines, he mentioned no extensions so I read that meant he's referring to his browser searches, not windows searches. Who knows.

That be the case, I first suggest that the OP clear his browser cache. If it's Firefox that you use, open FF, click hamburger icon (3 lines) in upper right corner. Select settings> privacy and security> cookies & site data>clear data. Then close and re-open the browserl

If you still have an issue, try another browser. If you have the same issue in another browser, check your internet connection speed. Maybe your provider is not providing the speed you are paying for. Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

There could be an issue with whatever search provider you are using. Try another search provider within your browser.

Judging by the number of varied issues you're having lately it sounds like you need a Windows Re-install.
