Dialog volume very low on a few games

So, on a hand full of game the dialog on cut scenes is so low i have to turn the volume way up to hear words. The games thus far Halo Infinite, Mortal Combat 11, Star Wars battlefront 2, Far Cry 5. 30 or so other games are just fine. I've tried so many things I've given up. I got a 4-month-old Alienware pc with Razer Nommo V2 speakers. I kind of wonder if the speakers which are USB are to blame but it doesn't make sense. anyone have any ideas?

Win Key + R and in rub tab type/copy mmsys.cpl

Click Proprieties on Speakers go to Advanced Tab and disable/untick Enable Audio Enhancements

I have about 200 games and have no problem with audio dialog on any of my games. I have an Auora 13 that is about a year and a half old. I am using a Bose Entertaiment system. Maybe the difference is I use the Nvidia control panel to optimize all my games. Perhaps your audio vendor has a similar optimization. On the other hand, Bose has a simple wheel adjustment and in combination with the game set up options provides me with a simple and quick adjustment.

No problem, the software that installs with your audio driver - seems to use by default some audio effects (volume or voice nominalizer in this case). Quite common with many OEM systems - but some sound decent enough so it's harder to notice - while others (like yours) - are impacting the sound experience negatively.
