Solved Disable Win Start Key on Keyboard

is the address I was told to go into (googled it) and insert new Dword 'NoWinKeys' and give value of 1 in Hex. No problem, did it first time, but key still active.

Very vexing as, when in a game, and accidentally hit Start key when heading for Alt does not crash game but puts me on desktop.
I assume there is another way, without removing button :ROFLMAO:

That's an old MS keyboard, but I'll bet if you can find the software (and driver) for it, there's a way to do it there. The original driver probably wouldn't work with Win11 anyway. This is for Win10 and the regedit method is in the list, but you can try the other methods.

nope opened game got it started and hit Start, then to desktop, does the win 10 answer work here too. Of course I may just remove the key, dont use it anyway - to access start menu I use on screen
